Free School Registration

Deadline: 15th July 2025

Schools get login access to school dashboard via email on the registered email ids and support materials inside it on onboarding within 2 working days after verification of school data.

Free Student Registration

Opens June 2025

  • Login details will be shared via email on their given email ID within 2 working days after verification of data.
  • Students can access the Innoventure Innovation Course and the Innoventure challenge through their login.
  • Note: Kindly ensure email ID and WhatsApp number provided for receiving communication and school selected is accurate.
  • The earlier they sign up, the more time they get to complete the course.
  • For siblings, kindly ensure that the email IDs and mobile numbers given are unique.

Free Innovation Course

June - August 2025

  • The Innoventure Innovation course teaches world class innovation techniques through real-world case studies in the storytelling format through video modules followed by thought provoking application based questions. Upon course completion, students receive a prestigious 'Skills Mastery Certificate' that is downloadable and are eligible to participate in the National level Innovation challenge for Free. Participating schools become eligible for Innovation Ranking Awards.
  • It is mandatory to complete the Innovation Free course by 30th August,2025 to be eligible for the Innoventure National Challenge Round 1. It is recommended that children complete the course before 30th July to get the time to further upgrade their skills with optional additional training material before Innoventure Round 1

Innoventure Round 1

September - October 2025

  • Innoventure Round 1 challenge registration is Free and only students completing the Innovation course before 30th August,2025 are eligible for it.  It is an online challenge with grade wise application based questions on creativity, ideation and problem solving in multiple choice format. 
  • Round 1 dates and format: The Round 1 will be conducted online on the Innoventure platform itself between 15th Sept. to 18th Oct.2025 . Based on the preference of the week selected by the school, students will be allocated a fixed timeslot anytime in that week as per their grade post school hours i.e. between 4 to 8pm and shall be informed via the registered communication details. 
  • Round 1 is a proctored challenge and children need to have a their laptop/desktop while giving the exam and stable internet connection. Detailed instructions would be available in school and student dashboards.
  • The students can choose to level up their skills through the optional additional material and mock simulated challenges for Round 1 in their individual login to ace the challenge.
  • The result of Round 1 will be declared online in the 1st week of November, 2025. Students that score above the min threshold and are among the top 50% of their grade will be qualified for Round 2 of the challenge.
  • Certificates & Performance Report: All participants will receive a prestigious certificate from Innoventure and E-cell, IIT Hyderabad along with their ranking and detailed performance report and recommendation in the individual logins.

National School Innovation Ranking

November, 2025

  • This is the first of its kind initiative in the country to bring Innovation skills at the forefront in school education and serves as a platform to align, encourage, acknowledge and celebrate the efforts taken at the school level to promote the innovation skills as a whole school approach in alignment to the vision of the NEP2020.
  • We encourage whole school participation to nurture students innovation skills and also give the school detailed insights into their innovation index and recommendations and serve as a criteria for the awards.
  • Grade wise and Round wise performance report and whole school performance report will be available for the school in their school dashboard. Detailed processes would be available in school dashboards.
  • School Ranking and Awards will be announced in Nov, 2025 and felicitated during the National Finale of Innoventure in person. 

Innoventure Round 2:

Nov - Mid Dec, 2025

  • Round 2 is an online interview based on critical thinking, decision making, idea generation and communication skills.
  • Round 2 date and format: Qualified students can choose their interview date and time in their login and answer their interview. Students need to have a working mic and camera for this round on their laptop/desktop or mobile phone. Registration fees for Innoventure Round 2- Rs.499 only that is inclusive of basic preparation material. Detailed instructions would be available in school and student dashboards.
  • The students can choose to level up their skills through the optional additional material and mock simulated interviews for Round 2 in their individual login to ace the challenge.
  • The result of Round 2 will be declared online in the last week of Nov,2025. Top 40 students per grade of the country will be qualified for the National Finale of Innoventure.
  • Note: For grades 1 to 3, there will be no further rounds. Medals will be sent to the school.
  • Certificates and Awards: All participants of Round 2 will receive a prestigious certificate from Innoventure and E-cell, IIT Hyderabad along with their national, state and school ranking and detailed performance report and recommendation that can be downloaded from their individual logins. School toppers per grade with a min of 10 students being qualified for Round 2 will be awarded a Gold Medal for Zonal Excellence. These will be sent to the school altogether after the National finale.

Innoventure National Finale

Jan end, 2026

  • Date and Format: The 1.5 day mega summit will be hosted offline (Proposed to be in Pune / IIT Hyderabad) in the last weekend of Jan, 2026 for students of grade 4th to 9th. There is no registration fee for the National finale. Students will be given real-life problem statements as per their grade for which they need to create and present solutions to the jury in person. Students will also interact with entrepreneurs, CEO's and other leaders during the National Finale. Detailed instructions would be available in school and student dashboards.
  • Additionally, online training sessions will be conducted prior to the finale to give children the opportunity to be better prepared. Awards & Certificates: Physical certificates of National Excellence and Gold medal for National Excellence from E-cell, IIT Hyderabad are handed over to all selected finalists. 18 National winners based on Jury round (3 per grade) would be declared.
  • Transport & Stay: Students may travel to the finale venue with their parents or school guardians at their own expenses. Grants may be given to deserving students for travel and stay after review.
